**Speicherkoog, Meldorf Bay**

Klar — etwas persönlicher und weniger „übersetzt“ klingend:

The motorhome parking area at the dyke near Meldorf is a really lovely place if you enjoy nature, open space and the North Sea. We especially liked the location: wide views, sheep on the dyke, the water nearby and only a short walk to the mudflats.

It is a simple place and best suited for self-sufficient motorhomes. There is not much infrastructure, but that is also part of its charm. You can go for a walk, cycle through the Speicherkoog area or simply sit outside and enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the peaceful surroundings.

The ground is mostly grass and can be a little uneven, so levelling ramps are useful. Depending on the season, facilities such as electricity, water, toilets or waste disposal may be limited.

We paid €12 per night and found the operators very friendly and helpful.

For us, this was a beautiful and peaceful stop right behind the dyke. If you do not need much comfort and prefer a natural setting instead, this is definitely a nice place to stay.

So klingt es meiner Meinung nach deutlich mehr nach einem persönlichen Hopsie-Eintrag.
